Cookies Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2025

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit Cloud. We use a small number of cookies to keep the service secure and to remember that you have acknowledged this notice.

2. Cookies We Use

2.1 Essential authentication cookies

These cookies are required to sign in and use your Cloud dashboard. They cannot be disabled while you are using the service.

Cookie namePurposeDuration
cloud_access_tokenKeeps you signed in while you use the dashboard15 minutes
cloud_refresh_tokenAllows your session to stay signed in securely between visits30 days

Both cookies are httpOnly (not accessible to JavaScript), sent only over HTTPS in production, and use SameSite=Lax.

2.2 Consent cookie

Cookie namePurposeDuration
cloud_cookie_consentRemembers that you accepted this cookies notice on the marketing site1 year

3. Sessions

When you sign in, Cloud creates a server-side session tied to your account. Each session records your browser, IP address, approximate location, and last activity time. You can review and revoke active sessions from Settings → Security → Active Sessions.

Revoking a session signs that device out immediately and invalidates its refresh token.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Cloud does not set analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies on the dashboard. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing may use cookies on the payment provider's own site during checkout.

5. Managing Cookies

You can delete cookies from your browser settings at any time. Deleting authentication cookies will sign you out. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from using the dashboard.

6. Updates

We may update this policy when our cookie practices change. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

7. Contact

Questions about cookies or sessions can be sent through our support channels listed on the website.
